Postmark is a free daily game. These terms are short and written in plain language. By playing, you agree to them.
The game
Postmark is provided free and as-is. We work hard to publish an accurate puzzle every day, but we cannot promise the game will always be available or error-free. Scores, streaks and leaderboard placements are for fun and carry no monetary value.
Leaderboard names must not be offensive or impersonate someone else. We may remove or rename entries that break this rule.
Photos and content
The photographs in the game come from openly licensed and public-domain collections, credited after each round and listed on our acknowledgements page. The rights to each photo remain with the source collection under its licence. The Postmark name, game design and site content belong to us; please do not copy the game or republish puzzles without permission.
If you submit a photo through our share-a-photo page, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us permission to use it in the game with credit.
